A short film about closing times and the ability to stay awake for 7 years. It tells the story of Paul, a baker who hasn't slept for years as the result of a bet. Now he can never sleep again... Shot in a documentary style using non-professional actors and passers by, the film is constructed around a series of interviews with the people of Brick Lane and East End's celebrated 'Beigel Bake'.
