'Holding Cell' is a comedy short about Charlotte, an over-zealous activist who will protest almost anything. When she gets arrested for the fifth time in one month, Charlotte decides to make friends with the other criminals in her holding cell. Meanwhile, the deputy tries to nail her with a felony charge.
