A story of the deep friendship between iconic LA street racer, Vietnam vet, Big Willie Robinson; and LA Deputy, Sergeant Bill Chaffin, a SWAT team member and professional racer. Together they brought violent gangs (the Crips and the Bloods) out of the hood to settle their beefs on a racetrack.
