Michael West and Peter Jensen are friends, and work in the same company, ARINA. Michael has only been working in the company for a few months, but is already been promoted to executive of the same department Peter is working in. Since Peter hasn't been satisfying in his work for the past months, Michael is asked to fire him, even though he is his friend. Michael is now challenged to put his friendship with Peter aside, and do what is expected of him as the executive of the department.
