Charlie is a meek, misunderstood high school girl who has been subject to severe bullying for the past 3 years. Although she used to be good friends with Brooke she now receives the full brunt of her malicious attacks. As students and teachers stand by and do nothing, Charlie's hope for a bully-free tomorrow is whittled away. After yet another onslaught of personal attacks in the washroom, Charlie hits her boiling point and decides to take matters into her own hands.
