Nathalie Trepanier: Sculptor of Forgotten Objects

The sculptor Nathalie Trepanier hunts for treasures, whether they be on a beach in Gaspesie or hidden in an industrial scrap yard, she's always on the lookout. And when she chooses to pick up an object, she immediately starts to amuse herself by imagining how it can fit into her creative process. She seeks to give a second life to all of these abandoned objects by creating characters made entirely from what she collects here and there. Over the course of three months, the director Helene Belanger Martin and her crew followed the artist on the road in her quest for new objects as well as in her studio, the space where Nathalie's creative genius runs free.
