This is the story of the life of a relationship where the relationship itself is a character in the film. When charming yet by-the-books GUY (25) meets effervescent, freewheeling ANNIE (24), NATE, a small monster and physical embodiment of their relationship, is born. The episodes of the relationship are the story of Nate's life, and their breakup sends him to his death bed. To save himself, Nate must convince Guy to make up with Annie.
