Rafe, a struggling street artist coming up in the emerging graffiti scene of the early 2000's, finds a girl to love, Chessa, a publicist who is rapidly climbing the food chain of society. The demons of his past come back to haunt him, as he can't get past the fact that the woman he loves makes more money than he does.
