The Marlowe Family will never be the same after their youngest son Michael drowns while drinking at the lake with his college-aged brother Danny and his friends. Michael was a high school senior and star player on his high school baseball team. After his brother's death, Danny is overcome with grief and guilt. The oldest brother Nathan is torn between supporting Danny and the pain of losing his little brother Michael, while Mr. and Mrs. Marlowe struggle to find a way to understand the tragedy.
