Don't Count is a 15 minute short film written and directed by Steven Shotola. The film follows a mathematics professor named William, whose obsession with logic and the unbiased truth of mathematics replaced family, friends, and love. However, after life changing news, William discovers the miscalculations of his ways. The film stars actor Jeff Grove who is surrounded by a diverse cast including Heather Downs, Keith Zalman, and Emma Lee Welsh. Don't Count is planned to be submitted to an array of film festivals in 2013-2014.
