Spain 2012. As many other people of their generation, Ana and Ivan are going to buy a new flat in the suburbs of the city, still under construction. They go there with Ana's parents in order to know their opinion before buying it. Despite of all the dreams put on this new stage of their lives, Ana doubts if this is really the life she wants.
