Tears For Narcissus is about a sufferer of body dysmorphic disorder, Betty. She undergoes various plastic surgeries before tragically losing her face in a car accident in which a deer crashes through her car windshield. Not only does she lose her face but she also loses her husband. This proves to be a bonus however. And in the acquisition of a new face Betty gets an unexpected makeover.
