On April 18th, 2006 Howell Woltz and his wife are arrested outside their North Carolina home on charges they had never heard of, for a crime that didn't exist. Howell is left with no other option but to fight a corrupt system from behind bars while struggling to keep his family intact. Upon examining other inmates' cases he is shocked to find he is not alone in his injustices.
