The Hospital Visit
THE HOSPITAL VISIT is a film about lost love and mental illness. It is a story that is personal and meaningful. I have a lot of friends and family who struggle with bipolar disorder or major depression and I hope to battle misconceptions about mental illness in order to stamp out stigma. Stories tell us how to think about the world and I hope that THE HOSPITAL VISIT will help viewers to empathize with a character suffering from bipolar so that they might gain a better understanding of the illness.
