The police suspect the murder came about from gang disputes, but evidence is lacking and the case is deadlocked. A mysterious package comes in with a tarot card from a person named Cruz Catalan. A superior officer informs Aki not to investigate Cruz Catalan. She becomes suspicious and investigates the man on her own.
