The film focuses on the duo Haas and Hahn who try to improve the lives of residents with art projects in neighborhoods with serious social problems. It documents projects in Rio (Favela Painting) and Philadelphia (Philly Painting), improving the visibility of the disadvantaged neighborhoods by creating enormous works of art in unexpected, amazing places. Neighbourhood residents transformed one of the most infamous streets and slums into an attractive centre.
