Papa Cloudy, a gentle cloud with a mustache works as a chef at a seaside restaurant. A customer, the lady piggy orders octopus dish. Meanwhile in the kitchen, a little octopus escapes from the fish tank and makes her way to the dining area. Her mischief puts Papa Cloudy's restaurant into panic.
