On their way to their car after a night out downtown, Henry and Magdalena are brutally attacked. Henry is beaten to the edge of his life while he is forced to watch Magdalena being raped. Afterwards, that one moment proves too difficult for both of them to move on from. Henry is left, trapped in his own private hell with only memories and dreams to keep him sane. The only thing he wants is his Magdalena back, but reality won't provide that so he seeks the opportunity for forgiveness in his sleep.
