Alfonso, an unemployed middle-aged middle class has seen their purchasing power erode to run out. His wife, Maria, middle-aged, a nurse and mother of a teenage daughter, is the only one that provides income to the household as insufficient to satisfy the mortgage, so they are one step away from homelessness. Alfonso, desperate and end, is preparing to cross the borderline as a last resort.
