Connor (Ian MacKenzie) is a model-making enthusiast. He happily wiles away the hours painting model planes in solitude. This all changes when he suddenly has to look after his granddaughter, Sophie (Ella Walton). His comfortable routine thrown off balance, Connor has to learn to adjust but he starts to question how different the two of them really are in this moving story about isolation and friendship.
