Tired of losing his high school's science fair to his rival (Nathan Davis Jr.) a teenage mad scientist (Isaac Cheung) builds a Doomsday device vowing revenge and winning first place! Unfortunately, he may not be the only mad genius unveiling his work at this years science fair.
