Decode Me!

This project aims to uncover how, from a small fishing village emerges an arctic metropolis. This all in a film about Reykjavik, the northernmost capital in the world. In the next decade, tens of thousands of souls are coming to life while politicians, scientists and architects work day and night planning them the perfect place in the future.
