A man fights for his life in his sleep, whilst his wife tends to the garden, thinking about the car journey ahead and what the day will bring. Death is always just behind us, following us, whilst we struggle to maintain our focus on what is important and relevant and the impossibility of living everyday like it's our last. Every now and again though we need to fight it and wake up.
