An Air Traffic Controller working the night shift in a low-level airspace meets a series of interesting characters on her radar scope and most manage their antics while also dealing with a girl flying solo who's flight instructor has died. Things take a wrong turn NORAD and the US Military get involved seeking out a stolen plane with hazardous materials on board. She must find out who's in the stolen plane while dealing with the incompetence of the other pilots in her airspace.
