The Trip

The Trip tells the true story of Hung, a young Vietnamese man trafficked abroad on the promise of a job and a new life. Upon arrival in the UK Hung is forced to work in a cannabis factory. A prisoner in a new world, completely isolated without even natural light by which to count the days, Hung's existence becomes monotonous, claustrophobic, surreal - as if he were trapped in a nightmare. When the house is raided by Police Hung finally escapes his prison, only to be introduced to a new one.
