Quirky TV reporter Mark Simmons visits an eccentric and volatile Scotsman who claims to be rock icon Bruce Springsteen. As he probes deeper into Bruce's mad world his quest for the truth becomes ever more elusive and reality as he knows it begins to slip threw his fingers.
