Adam and Paul focuses on one day in the life of Dad, Paul and Son Adam, they haven't seen each other in months, not since the whole 'mum' incident. Dad decides a walk will help settle family matters. What starts of as a tense family reunion soon turns into a gentle journey where father and son play golf and go kart racing, however during a walk in the woods, Paul lets Adam into a little secret, that will change their lives forever.
