Field Play

Combining live-action with stop-motion puppet animation, Field Play is a magical yet cautionary tale about survival, urban development and the time we call childhood. Follow the adventures of an eclectic band of subterranean creatures as they surface and explore the suburban landscape that has grown around them. As they navigate their new terrain, their encounters are both beautiful and traumatic. From a haunting shadow and mischievous kudzu, to the kindness of a giant elephant tree and the wisdom of an old crow, the landscape is full of stories.
