On Alcatraz Island, a man claiming to be from the future is found locked in a cell. Authorities are unable to determine his identity or how he got into the prison. He's interrogated by Detective Anders, wanting nothing more than to get this oddball case behind him. But who is the Wizard of Alcatraz? Could he be a time traveler or is he just an unhinged eccentric?
