Love and War

Sgt. Ryan Malone has been overseas for months, having left his wife and young daughter back home in the states. Time is drawing near for Ryan to return home to be with his family. But, just two days before his return, a roadside bomb kills a member of his platoon. Fearful that something may happen to him, too, Ryan's family tries to remain optimistic by planning a surprise party in his honor. His wife, Jada, and daughter, Alanah are beyond ecstatic to be reunited with Ryan. But, on the eve of his return, tragedy strikes and the Malone's lives are changed forever.
