A Seduction Spell features three young people (Bonnie, Ernie and Marnie) who, like many others today, are addicted to their smartphones, even to the extent where they have lost the ability to communicate with each other in any meaningful way. The two main characters are Bonnie, an egocentric young woman accustomed to manipulating the people around her to get what she wants; and Rob, who is somewhat of a social misfit and prefers older technology. Rob is completely infatuated with Bonnie and is thrilled when she pays attention to him, only to become totally crushed when the realization hits that she truly is using him.
