For the many individuals drawn to the city by their dreams, the reality of New York does not at all live up to their expectation of success. In the film, the girl's struggle reveals the vulnerabilities but also the strength of these dreamers. Some of these dreamers stay steadfast in their beliefs and dreams even as the harsh reality, but many fall by the wayside, numbed and forced to conform to everyday life, their dreams crushed and forgotten. Even thug this is an experimental short film, it expresses the tragedy of those who have failed and thus given up chasing their dreams, falling into conformity with reality.
