Tax and Pizza

Chance is the local sign spinner for the popular business 'Kickin' Taxes'. People love to watch Chance spin his Arrow Sign outside of the store. Until one day, a new pizza shop open across the street, with a new spinner. Unable to resist the temptation, people begin to abandon Chance and venture to the other side of the street to find out what the new spinner is all about. Chance must face his opponent head on in a one-time only, winner-take-all spin off to decide who stays on the corner and goes.
