'Maybe' is a contemplative film. It starts as a musing about possibility and probability of coincidences, then becomes a re-enactment of possibilities, and then flows into a coincidental romantic comedy. The twist is that, at the end, all you're left with is the possibility of the story. Whether it happened or not is up to some combination of fate and probability.
