'Gravity and me' gives us a look into a few chapters in the life of Tijmen, a rascal and spastic, and his life long neighbourhood friends. If it were not for his friends, Tijmen would be pretty much housebound. They push, pull and drag him everywhere they go with the risk of getting stuck halfway. In turn, Tijmens heartiness and open mindedness make that the boys meet the most peculiar people as they wander the streets of Amsterdam. Enjoying a long summer before turning eighteen, possibly having to go their separate ways soon to study, it is time to let go and take the plunge.
