Srikanth and Kalyani are childhood sweethearts in their village. When Srikanth goes to the city to do his MBA , Kalyani's family comes down in status due to some bad investments . She is married off to some man without her liking but she accepts her fate willingly . Srikanth is devastated upon hearing this but gets on with his life . He goes to city and marries his boss's daughter Gopika . Srikanth's and Kalyani's paths meet a couple of times and he realises that she is in dire needs and now a widow with a child . He gets her a job in his house as a house keeper. They keep their back ground away from Gopika who is a devoted wife to him . Finally she comes to know about their romance through their common freinds . As expected, Gopika starts resenting Kalyani and finally Kalyani leaves with her son . Gopika realises her mistake and with Srikanth gets back her son from the orphanage and also search for her . But Kalyani leaves for good . A fine drama majorly having Malayalee actors. Shot in lush greenery the locales and the houses are very rustic in their effect . A couple of catchy songs are added .
