Having been introduced by mistake to a masked ball, Zizi the tramp is elated. He is soon met there by the beautiful Inés who mistakes him for Baron Maxime, her friend... The lady only realizes her error when the true Maxime finally appears in another disguise. Inès does not have a second's hesitation and introduces Zizi to him as... a Polish prince!
