Ashbv (Jason Linere-White) is a supposedly reformed criminal, stuck dealing with Detective Cook (Ethan Sharrett), the cop who had arrested him years before. But just as Ashby tries to maintain appearances of propriety in running his tailor shop, it seems Cook is out of control. He blackmails successful thief Mouse (Elnaz Vandaie) into working for him and tortures Handler (Michael Q. Schmidt) while raping and murdering Mrs. handler (Leanna Ortiz)in front of her husband.
