The film surveys the story of Jenin's Palestinian governor and Gilboa's Israeli Mayor, who develop a joint initiative to promote the development of the region. The film was shot only 9 years after the Battle of Jenin, in which 52 Palestinian civilians and 23 Israeli soldiers were killed according to UN data.
