Roger is out for his daily evening jog when he hears a noise below the Whitestone bridge in NY. He walks out onto the pier in complete darkness only to find a man playing a guitar. What he soon finds out, is that the man is strumming the guitar one last time before he kills himself, or maybe even someone else.
