During the Reagan administration the repeal of the so-called 'Fairness Doctrine' enabled a whole slew of conservative commentators the freedom to broadcast their views unchecked by their ideological opponents. In this satirical documentary-style film we meet one such demagogue - Chip Chambers. In the wake of these changes Chip emerges almost overnight as a brash, outspoken conservative who takes no prisoners and speaks first, thinks later. He instantly attracts supporters and critics in equal measure - but what happened to Chip? He disappeared from view almost as quickly as he had emerged - so who finally did the unthinkable and silenced America's biggest loudmouth?
