This is a documentary that uses a Dictionary scheme. Is ideologically organized, not in alphabetical order and consist in a trip around the words, things and events of Bogota, with the intention of scrutinize their true meanings in order to uncover the networks that determine the essence of social life. Our thesis is that each city creates the language that needs.
