Tim comes back to university after taking a hiatus due to finances. When he returns, his reclaiming of the position as student President isn't met with warm affection. Instead he meets Megan, a spunky, fiery attractive girl who refuses to lose her spot as the student President. Through a series of comic events to gain votes they both re-think what the position means to the both of them and why it is important.
