A documentary video that looks at the history behind a landmark Binghamton radio tower. The, inaccurately named, Marconi Tower was built to facilitate the first wireless communication via a moving train. U.S. Navy interference put an end to the towers radio usage, however, the tower was an influential stepping stone for the development of the cellular smart-phone technologies of the 21st century. This documentary looks at the tower and beyond, into the future, to explore the possibilities of mobile communication.
