It's September somewhere in the suburbs and Sam, a mentally ill man, welcomes home his pregnant wife, Claire, with a Christmas spectacle that celebrates their years of marriage together. When she arrives at the house with her new boyfriend, George, the father of the child-to-be, Sam finally confronts the guy who's been 'sticking his wife each night.'
