His entire life Sascha van Druten wanted to be a pilot and eventually became the youngest airline captain in the Netherlands. In 2012 however he decided to enter a kickboxing competition for a fund raising event. The possibility that he will be injured to his eyes or ears, therefore disqualifying himself as an airline pilot, is very real. To be in control is as much a part of his occupation as it his to is very being. Is it possible to control this situation and sidestep misfortune?
