Following a radical procedure, Alzheimer's patient Anthony Walker revisits his life's memories with a revelatory 'Nostalgium' serum. As he pieces together his memories, his nostalgic thirst leads to addiction. He struggles to comprehend hazy memories of his wife, yet still yearns for their reunion despite the evidence that she died in this Flashes. He overdoses on medication to willingly blur the lines between the bleak reality of the present and the romantic fantasy of his past. Paranoid the doctors forced him into this twisted experiment, Anthony uses the very same liquid memory to rewrite his past and forge his way home.
