Chains

'Chains' is based on a quote by Jean-Jacques Rousseau: 'A human is born free and is enchained everywhere.' We follow the life of a woman at a breakneck pace from embryo to rigor mortis, experiencing all ups and downs. In a sarcastic and humorous way, we learn to which 'chains' the modern western woman can be bound today and that Rousseaus quote has still meaning in modern life.
