It's 4am. After a terrible nightmare, Tom wakes up in his bed beside his sleeping girlfriend, convinced that he has AIDS. He walks the empty Brooklyn streets to an emergency room in order to have his blood tested. He will have to wait two hours for the results. Two hours in a sterile hospital, in the company of a junkie, a nurse... and his own unnerving visions.
