Tucker is a resident at the TLC Canine Shelter in Newell, Iowa. He is a Blue Lacy, the state dog of Texas, this is a documentary about his life. The TLC shelter has been run by Pauline Larsen since 1996. With the help of her volunteers she takes care of these animals and tries to prepare them for their 'forever homes' as she says.
